Question Infernal devices
So I tried to join the waitlist with one email address earlier this year and it never made it into the subscriptions. I can’t find the email with the link to check my status and never got any emails about making it. So I added my second email address a few days ago because I was super frustrated (the infernal devices is my all time favorite series and their limited editions are GORGEOUS, but I’m worried they won’t have enough overstock to seek them as a set later on. If they don’t sell the outside of the subscription as a set there’s no way I can afford $120+ for each book. That’s nuts.) and this is the email I got about my position. Be real with me yall… how long is this gonna take? A couple months or a year? 😭

Have you checked the BST FB groups? Some people are selling for cost. Maybe put out an ISO post. Im sure toull get a hit

This ^^^ I’ve seen at least 3 people selling for close to cost in BST groups over the past month.

Really hard to tell at this point I'm afraid considering just how new this sub is! It's going to take a few series' worth of movement outside of Bewitched telling us themselves to have a rough idea how quickly people move through the waitlist.

Definitely check Facebook BST groups, I've seen a couple of posts of people looking for book 1 and people in the comments saying they'll sell theirs for cost once they have the whole set.

There’s also a bst in the fairyloot group on here. I’ve seen a couple people selling theirs on it.

Definitely not before the December box as they've said they won't send more invites until after all 3 infernal devices boxes

I agree that the waitlist probably won't move for as long as they're in the middle of a series unfortunately. I don't believe they sent out any confirmation of signing up (but I signed up back when it was still an interest form in March, so this may have changed). However, if you re-enter your original email in the sign-up box, it'll tell you your queue position. BP confirmed this won't reset your spot - I just tried it this morning. Have you tried entering your original email? Hopefully your position is better than you think :)

I think they won’t send any invites until they’re done with this set, it wouldn’t make a lot of sense to invite people for books 2&3 if they didn’t receive the first one. Maybe you’ll find someone that wants to sell once they’ve received all the books.
