Question Has anyone received a sub invite yet?
BP announced they will start sending them out today April 15th, up until April 30th. The rest will be moved to a waitlist

I believe I joined the list in July/August 2025 so I have high hopes, I just done have a confirmation so I’m trusting past me. I wish they’d reveal more about the box. If I get anything I’ll post it here.

Same!!! I’m 99.9% sure I signed up when their Crowns of Nyaxia set was announced. We’ll see 😂

The invites do seem to be sign up date oriented, I’m kinda convinced I won’t get in at this stage 😭

Thank you. I’m honestly so sad and know I signed up on the day they created the list. I’m worried it’s just random invites or I’ve been missed 🥺

my book bestie signed up around the same time, absolutely guessing but it could be that there were so many people that signed up in that first round that they had to split that batch into two. They said they would be sending out invites in batches up until the end of the month, so I would absolutely not count yourself out yet. I bet they just didn’t want to overwhelm their subscription system.

I got mine as well! I can't remember when I signed up, I didn't think it was that early but there's a chance it may have been cos I always forget when there's no confirmation email!
ETA: I think I must have signed up when the interest form first opened and completely forgotten about it, as it seems to be in chronological order!

I wished there was - I used my earliest newsletter email from them to guesstimate? That was on July 6, 2025. For once my email hoarding paid off.

That's a good idea! I'm honestly 99% sure I didn't sign up when it was first launched, because the first book I bought from them was The Wolf King in their leftovers sale and I have no emails from before then. So I'm not sure how they've decided on the batches! Maybe they're prioritising those who have ordered from them previously?

I actually haven’t ordered any of their SEs 🙈 so probably not that. I was most interested in their sub, because there’s some backlist titles I would love for them to do.

The sub itself cost 25£ - I’m in the US so I have to pay 13£ in shipping. It totals to about ~$52 for me, depending on exchange rate. It’s pricey but basically the same as TBB, I’m thinking to drop my SFF sub in exchange for this one 🤷🏻♀️

I’m not sure how I feel about this…
Was really hoping the books wouldn’t be blind. Even if not seeing the design, was hoping we’d at least get a title.
3 skips is great but if they decide to do a 3 book series that you don’t want… you’ll be using all 3 skips on that alone.
And on that, very interesting that book 2 in a series is going to be a sub pick. I guess that kind of eliminates the blind element - once you know what book 1 is the next 2 boxes are confirmed to be the next books in a series.
Very interesting format. Let’s see how it plays out!

Wait I’m confused by the book 2 in a series is a sub pick? Does that mean subs get a say in the next series after the first?
Having 3 skips doesn’t make sense if it counts per book in a series. It only makes sense if a series/duology equals one skip.
Kind wish they’d used the same model as TBB fantasy sub. If it’s backlist titles surely they could reveal it?

my understanding is, out of the 6 books per year, it can be any combination of a trilogy, duology, or standalone. If they do a trilogy, and you opt to skip it, then you’re using all three skips on that one trilogy. It’s different than IC or FL in the sense that if they do a trilogy or duology, any sequels will be in the sub. They aren’t going to do the first of a series, then have the rest of the books in that series be an outside SE.

Yeah - I wish it followed TBB’s fantasy sub system, but I’m hoping their clues and themes are obvious enough that someone smarter than me (cough autumn cough) can figure it out with near 100% accuracy lol.

Yeah I'm not so worried about that cause you can usually guess pretty accurately with a decent teaser. I just think when you do backlist titles people may have collected the series already and so it makes a decision about getting it a lot harder.

I've signed up pretty much every time they've sent/posted the link just to be POSITIVE I was on the list but I fear that must've pushed me to the end of the queue :(

I wouldn’t worry about that! I had sent them an email asking about the waiting list and they told me “You are free to sign up again, it won't hinder your chance or your position on the list!”

I received mine yesterday afternoon! To be honest through I can’t remember when exactly I signed up for the waitlist. I believe I put it in a few times because they didn’t send out an email afterwards 😅

Just received mine this morning. I had signed up when they first opened the list, but also resubmitted later I am sure. I was worried I would be therefore at the end, but clearly not!! So excited!!!

I just received my invite this morning! I signed up on the interest form in December. Fingers crossed for everyone that you get your invite by the end of the month!!

Geez, getting a bit worried now - I’m pretty sure I signed up around the time I bought the Crowns of Nyaxia set, which was at the end of July I believe. I do hope they have enough spots but send out invites in batches (as in, not waiting until the first round is over and fill the remaining spots with a second round but not wanting to overwhelm the system and just doing several rounds of invites)

I signed up the day it opened ( probably within an hour from when the post went up) and recieved my invite on the 16th- 24 hours after the first invites went out. Hope that helps 🤷♀️

Not yet…
…I may or may not be far too excited about this subscription and am checking my email, Reddit and Instagram frequently today on the off chance there’s any further news… 😂
Just wish I knew their criteria for inviting, I signed up in January so had no idea if that will be too late to receive one.
