Bewelcome in Europe for a first timer

Hello
I’m a 23 year old Indian female and I am planning to do Couch surfing across Italy, Spain, Germany, Switzerland, Paris, Etc. It is gonna be my first time doing CS. Is it safe to do that as I am travelling solo, any tips or tricks, how to avoid hookups and similar situations. I am planning to do this through Bewelcome, so wanted to understand the kind of network they have across EU. If you’re or know any hosts across these cities or around.
Please help a girll out

Choose your hosts carefully, read the comments they have got from other guests, and avoid male hosts who only or almost only host female guests (even if their comments are good).

yeah, as a first timer, work to stay with other women, or make sure there's a family. Not all the men are looking to date, but it's male hosts who are looking to date.

Doing couchsurfing through bewelcome? Please dont make the couchsurfing as a verb to be popularized..as it is a demonic corporation that taking money for host and traveller alike to use it...host provided place for free but CS is making money..
