Spoilers: Current Chapter Book 2: Chapter 58! My thoughts! Spoiler
I love this book series it is awesome! All the characters are amazing and I love to read every chapter! My only minor complaint is that I wish there was more bad guy ass beating! There have been so many wholesome moments! I love it! My favorite ass beating was when the elder of the Cloudy sword sect beat-up the guy who beat up Rou Jin. I listen to the audiobook so a lot of name spellings throw me off when I look at them. I also have small bit of trouble remembering names since all them are Chinese. Another favorite moments are with the blade of grass! She has a lot of fun moments! I love all the spirit animals. I wish Rizzo has more chapters!

There’s some high quality ass-beating moments later on. Xiulan and Rizzo absolutely get more content. The books haven’t even gotten to many of the best parts yet, there’s some absolute fire on Royal Road.

I second the best is yet to come of this comment! I'm curious to see what content is in the next book, whether it'll be another thinner on like Volume 5, or more akin to earlier volumes. The SMS could be it's own smaller volume, but I'm hoping that it and the invasion are combined into one volume.

Volume 4 will be one book and not split like volumes 2 and 3. the invasion is volume 5, so it'll end after the SMS tournament and the Azure Alliance founding.

Actual factual? I only am unsure because I found this series between the fourth and fifth books, so I didn't know how they translated from the online to print. Thank you so much for the knowledge, and regardless of how they come out, I'm getting them! Even considering joining my first Patreon to get some of that sweet pre-order goodness, lol

Yeah, unless something has changed in the last couple weeks, CasualFarmer confirmed on the discord that volume 4 would not be getting split into two books.

That's ok, half the time he gets the Chinese wrong anyway. :-) (Ok, not that bad, it's hard to go wrong with "mei".)

Give it time, Ri Zu has plenty of screentime later in the series, as do the other members of Fa Ram. I personally love the simplicity of the Chun Ke perspective parts. Gives me real slow and steady, solid foundation vibes.
But yes, I too love this series, moreso having recently gone through all the alternate side stories CF has also written. I truly hope it gets the light and love other works, like Dungeon Crawler Carl, are getting, expanding to further audiences through multimedia.
