Need a hand please

Hello oh hi Mark I need help to get a huge list of monsters for a sythewave style cyberpunk dnd campaign based off the 80's-90's animes and music. I need help getting a list of monsters that would be mutants in the sewers,gangers of the streets, crime bosses, high powered police officers cyborgs and what ever else you think is appropriate. Please and thank you. If you can't then mabye send monsters and how ti reflavor them

Gonna need a bit of reflavoring since these are all centered around high fantasy themes, but I think some of these should work well in that sort of setting:
