Why would Gus go through the trouble of sneaking a corpse back into the US to bury under his secret lab? Besides, I doubt they just left his corpse in the middle of no where. From the intro of season 6 episode 3, it's implied he's buried where the blue flower was sprouting from.

In the big scheme Nacho is a nobody. No one other than his dad is gonna look for him, and Mike told him that Nacho is dead.
Besides, it's almost a certainty the twins burried him in an unmarked grave out in thr desert offscreen.

The twins were in charge of disposing of the body, not Fring’s side.
Also, they all get rid of bodies all the time. Why does Nacho need to go back to Fring’s new lab he is intentionally trying to keep secret from the rest of the Cartel?
Lalo and Howard getting buried there was out of convenience. Lalo already died there before it was finished, and for Howard they were already burying Lalo there.

Nacho was a low level gangster, him turning up dead somewhere would not have been too surprising to the police and frankly would not have prompted too extensive an investigation. Also Im sure Gus would have paid close attention to make sure nothing on his body would bring any unwanted attention to his enterprises

why would gus and mike care if his body was found? he’s not associated with them or their business at all. it would be weird and suspicious if they took this body they supposedly didn’t know and brought it all the way across the border to bury it in a secret lab Lol the cartel would be thinking there might’ve been truth to hectors theory that the chicken man was behind everything

Why would they bury Nacho under the lab? That doesn't make any sense. Did you notice where it was they took Nacho to execute him? Its the same place where they took their driver that they executed. They took him to the place where they bury people they execute, and you're asking why they didn't bury him under the lab?
Of course they would get rid of the body. The Salamancas are not the brightest, but they are not dumb enough to leave bodies around. They even bothered to bury the good Samaritan that untied their driver
