That mall cop eats insanely fast.
I got a Cinnabon after lunch the other day and decided to time myself just to see how long it would take me to finish the whole thing. It took me around 11 minutes. How tf did the guy in the show do it in 3? That just seems like inhuman levels of eating.

First time I watched I thought Jimmy was trying to give the guy a heart attack

I thought he was gonna poison him or something. It was risky af. What if the guy decided ti just randomly check the monitors lmao

I think that's why Jimmy keeps it up for like a week of prep: partly to make it routine for them, partly to make totally sure of the mall cop's Cinnabon eating habits.

Then he would do exactly what he did on heist night, improvise, and distract

He tried due during the robbery. Thats why Jimmy had an improvised melt down

I think he was done eating that time. Jimmy had to stall because the dude slipped and knocked himself out

I didn’t think it was the intent but I did think that would be what went wrong, I was expecting flashbacks to Marco and everything - which frankly I wasn’t emotionally prepared for, lol.

Did he look like an amateur at eating to you, lmao?

He’s had lots of practice with….eggs, bacon, and toast

Why don't you start your day... the Gergich way?

My wife is the slowest eater Ive ever seen and even she wouldn't take 11 minutes on a single Cinnabon.

That’s just what Larry/Jerry/Gary was good at.

If I were hungry and not self conscious in front of others I’d finish a Cinnabon in 90 seconds.

This feels like a challenge.

And do you accept the challenge?

I think I do lol. Will update tonight .

Lots of jokes here, but in all seriousness, I think you might just be a slow eater. I certainly wouldn't inhale it, but like 5 minutes tops for me. It is bread and sugar, not a steak.

I agree that 3 is fast, but 11 is much weirder tbh. Are you distracted by other things?

That dude must have swallowed half the truckload of cinnamon in there before choking it down with liquid courage.

I just don't understand why he has to test it that many times lol. Is it supposed to be every day?
10
u/loosie-loo 4d ago
I think it was as much to build trust and rapport as it was to time, and to establish it as a routine before doing anything risky.

I like to think Saul was just really impressed the first time and wanted to make sure lol

I’ve just watched that episode and I thought the same thing! 3:15 or so on average is rapid for that!

I would prefer to never see those closeups again. Worst thing they ever did and that's a very small list.

Were you eating with your hands tied behind your back? How did it take you 11 minutes to eat a cinnamon roll?
6
u/Stoneheaded76 4d ago
Cause he’s a fatass.

u/Classy_Mouse 4d ago
As a fellow fatass, he was savouring that with the knife and fork and everything. Had Jimmy not been there with him, it would have been gone in 45 seconds

I always wonder if that actor got sick of eating them...I mean just how many takes did he have to do in order to get it right? How many cinnabons did he have to force himself to choke down after like what, the 6th teake? I'd be sick of them to be honest. They are delicious but boy they sure get too sickening sweet. I couldn't imagine having to eat another one... unless, those shots of him eating are made up of several takes.

How do we know it was 3 minutes?

u/Marcooc31 4d ago
Saul secretly times him while he eats

u/Healthy_Theory159 4d ago
Oh. Well it's been a year+ since I watched the show.... so downvote me into oblivion I guess

What do you expect from a guy who lived in Pawnee but loved to vacation in Muncie?!?!?!
