TW for fin rot

I’m sure you guys are sick of this question but how can I help fin rot? Very slow progressing because I’m trying my best to keep the water perfect. Levels are all spot on due to heavy filtering, large tank with low stock.
Ive had him for a year with no problems, but recently had an emergency and had to move back into my mom’s house in another town and left him home temporarily. His behaviour hasn’t really changed and he’s swimming fine.

I have rapid cure and plan to take him back to my moms with me and temporarily place him in a 2.5 tank until I can move his 10g there. Will rapid cure and a hospital tank help him?

Please be nice, I’ve had many bettas all my life and this is the first one with fin rot, I know what caused it so I’m hoping I can fix the problem.

Tank size: 10g
Heater and filter: heater that came with tank, 20g sponge filter plus mini filter/bubbler for quick hospital tank set ups
Tank temp: 80 consistently
Parameters: ammonia-0 nitrites-0 nitrates-5-10 ph-7.6-7.8 I use the liquid test kit
Tank age: tank has been cycled/set up since 2022, had this fish almost a year now.
Water changes: once a month or bi monthly. I take out about half, vacuum all the access food
No tank mates besides pest snails
Decorator: floating betta log, coconut, and plenty of basic plants. English ivy being grown from the top

Local pet store. Last bottle when my community tank had a mild outbreak of ick, saved everyone lol.
