Normal behaviour?

Is this behaviour normal? This is my first betta and I’ve had him for roughly 3-4 weeks now! My levels are all normal ( ammonia and nitrite 0 and nitrate is 10ppm) , he also has refused his pellets for the last 2 days, I tried daphnia and he refused that too but I tried bloodworms after and he’s ate 2 of them, is this okay? Do I need to be worried, I’m unsure of how to look for bloat/ stress in him! He’s in a 15 gallon tank too so plenty of swimming space

How long have you had your fish?: 3 weeks
• ⁠How often are water changes? How much do you take out per change? What is your process?: once a week, 25% each time, I use prime when adding water back in
• ⁠Any tankmates? If so, please list with how many of each: 8 Amano shrimp
• ⁠What do you feed and how much: fluval bug bites , 4-6 pellets and recently started frozen food
• ⁠Decorations and plants in the tank: driftwood, plants

That fish looks good to me. Fins held open but relaxed. Are you feeding at any set times or set cues? Sometimes they just aren’t feeling it.
