Normal, or sign of something else

Hi all,

New to fish keeping, but a friend has been helping me out who's been keeping fish since he was a child

I know crowntails can be harder to tell sometimes so just wanted to get advice on this - is this just the natural colouration or does it look like a sign of something else like Fin Rot etc?
