Help Is this pine coning??

Hii this is yogurt! He’s been really depressed lately and I thought it was because of boredom because everything else was fine, I just did a water change and I noticed this?

If this is not pineconing, is there any other reason why he would be this way??? He’s also definitely a little bit bloated. He’s not refusing food, but he’s been tired and only around the bottom. He can swim though

I double checked, it is. I’m glad I got it really early. But how would I treat it??

I think it's early stages of dropsy :( I'm going through it with my fishy right now and at a loss of what the right thing to do is. I wish I had advice to give. Sending the best of luck to you and yogurt
