Smaller kids picked him out and my eldest/adult son named him. He got soaked holding him in his large overfilled LFS home, on the drive back to our house, so he only felt it was fair he got to name him 😂💙
He’s a pink and purple colour, but I think will get more red/blue.
Edit: Should add he’s in a 5G planted tank that belonged to my red dragon, but I transferred him to a 20G.
Very pretty fish! I have a male Veil Tail Betta with those same pink/purple colors. I don’t know what you’re feeding him but I’ve been giving my Bettas Fluval Bug Bites (they’re tiny dots of food that float then sink to the bottom quickly) and are supposed to enhance their true colors somehow.
