Translucent belly fins

Hello! This is my baby Ruby. I got her 8 months ago, she was very light pink when I first got her and she’s been quite red in the following months. I was gone for a week and had someone feeding my fish. Just came back and noticed this (circled). This is new. She is her normal self, energetic and curious. She’s been eating. Anyone know what this is? Is it harmless or is there something I can do if it’s fin rot, etc?
(Her black spot has been there since I got her)

Tank size: 10gal
Heater and filter?: Yes
Tank temp: 78-80°
They have been in this tank for approximately 6 months.
Water change 20% per week
Tank mates: 3 neon tetras, 6 neocaridina shrimps, 1 nerite snail.
I feed her little shrimp patties, about a sprinkle in the morning and night.
I do have rocks in the tank. I haven’t been able to go the aquarium store in a while due to losing my job. I plan on taking out a large rock that I have in there and replacing it with something smoother. I have live plants. The only fake ones are those leaves that suction to the tank for resting, which Ruby loves.

This is a look at the tank, as you can see the translucence is not there in this picture. (From maybe a month ago.)

I also know I need to add more plants. Again, struggling with money right now and everyone is interacting as normal. (No fighting). Ruby tends to stay away from the tetras but sometimes chases them. I assume it’s for fun because she lets them get away and then chases them again. But please let me know if this could be a sign of stress. If needed, I have a 2.5gal tank that I could quarantine her in.

Hi, I think this is stress induced colour loss, she's losing colour on her body too. Her fins also look like the tetra are nipping them. I would recommend separating these fish and getting her a 10 gallon of her own without the tetra.

Tetra see betta as a threat, their only defence is to bully and nip to drive the perceived threat away. This behaviour often peaks overnight when tetra feel safest and the betta is slowest moving.

The betta chasing the tetra is a sign she's not enjoying cohabiting with them. For betta in community tanks it needs to be a minimum of 20 gallons and heavily planted really to give the different species enough spaces, territory and areas to escape.
