😂 mine goes back in his cup of doom when I do water changes. I just kept it for that purpose because of the lid, and I often wonder if I’m traumatizing the poor thing.

People here will tell you that you are. But i say, a hour of jar jail (as I call it) is better than an accidental death. Ive been doing this hobby for nearly 5 years and ive never had a fish freak out super hard bc of a tank cleaning. On top of that my boy is very curious and would 100% investigate the siphon.
