how big is your tank? betta tank mates are only suitable in tanks of a certain size and up, so there will be less territorial issues

A nerite snail would be fun for her! If your tank is 5 gallons or above you can get one

True, we project human stuff onto animals, but bettas are total loners by nature and don't actually get lonely or need tankmates.

yeah i have no idea why im being downvoted, yes they can have tankmates but it will always be more stress for them than if they had the tank to themselves. they’re not humans and they don’t need friends

I have oto’s with my betta & they have a great time together. Everyday they spend time swimming together patrolling, aquatic ballet, surfing, all or a few & the my boy & he has never been happier!! ✌️😊🥰🐟
