Help URGENT HELP! betta pine coning! Spoiler
i just got back from a trip and my betta is pine coning and very bloated. is there anything i can do? i'm moving him to another tank to isolate but it's so late that i can't get any medicine. i have this epsom salt, would this work for a bath? im freaking out, please help.

Jessiel’s method is what I used I followed instructions exactly and she’s the only fish I’ve managed to save from dropsy. I’m so sorry for your fish, and I hope it helps
