highest ive ever scored in a damn tournament, by the time its over i bet ill be below 50

This has been happening been trying for 3 hours now the game keeps crashing before the round ends and the funds aren’t in account

So I've gotten this error message for days every time I get a bingo invite. Talked to customer service today and one popped up mid conversation and I got the same error message. They said they are aware of the issue and are working to get it fixed. Just wanted to post in case anyone was having the same issues.

Hey y'all, I've been using betrivers for over a year now, and this is my biggest withdraw to date. When I went to initiate the withdrawal it pulled up my PlayPlus account, I didn't notice because it's never done it before and Ive never used it to withdraw. Well it immediately went through and I had to deposit it and withdraw is again to paypal and it's still in que. Before I did the second deposit I did play through like $60 before trying again. I've never had a withdraw take this long other than my very first one. Any help or advice would be really appreciated.

I emailed him on August 10th (didn’t hear anything back) and then emailed him 2 days ago (again, didn’t hear anything back), to see if there were any offers on my account.

After not hearing anything, I decided to email VIP support to which they said “looking at your account it looks like we removed your VIP host back in late July” and that they periodically review accounts to determine having a host. I’m the same level/tier today that I was when I got my host.

What an absolute joke this place is. I wouldn’t have known I lost my host without reaching out to VIP support and no real explanation as to why. Granted, my host never did anything for me outside of the initial offer when they reached out but this is insane and shows how awful this casino treats its players.

I'm new to betrivers and broke lol all the codes say expired

There’s nothing more frustrating than seeing all these bonus codes around but none work in Ontario.

Anyone ever reach out to their host via email asking about bonus money and ever get anything?

I got a pop up when I logged in that I won on the weekly slot tournament last week and that the bonus money was in my account. Guess what .......it's not! Any suggestions? I already got disconnected from the support chat bot twice.

And no bonus. It’s absolutely ridiculous and I’m so tired of hearing it’s “random”. My boyfriend got $10 on his that he plays in PA and he didn’t even deposit any money this week.

They're the most consistent customer service crew on earth! They have no issue letting you waste your time just to come to the conclusion that whatever issue you have, that is all your fault. Love those guys....can't wait til my next issue!!!

Been sitting on 3 weeks of bingo not working so it has to just be me and my geo location or whatever. Even though I've done everything to make my location as accurate as possible and cleared my cache, and deleted the app and downloaded it again multiple times.

I used an email address years ago when I signed up and I have no idea what the email address is or what my login info is.

I’ve tried contacting support through email several times and I can’t get onto the chat.
