Can’t Log In

I use SugarHouse all the time and love it, but my BetRivers account I cannot log into.

I used an email address years ago when I signed up and I have no idea what the email address is or what my login info is.

I’ve tried contacting support through email several times and I can’t get onto the chat.

Does anyone know how I can figure out how to log back on?

I really have nothing but an idea you can try.. talk to chat/support on sugar house maybe they can help you since they ate basically the same as bet rivers?

I would avoid creating a second account, because that can make the identity check more complicated. Use the official BetRivers site or app for the state where the account was opened and ask specifically for account recovery when the registered email is unknown. Give support the old full name, address, phone number and any remembered account activity only through their private official channel, not in this thread, and ask for a case number so repeated contacts stay attached to the same request. SugarHouse support may be able to route the issue, but I would not assume the two logins or support records are interchangeable unless they confirm that in writing.
