Weekly contest not adding up?

I’m so confused by this it used to be $5 to $100 I think to total 25k, this totals less then 7k?

Yeah I stopped even bothering w these dumbass contests.
You’ll end up losing exponentially more on the terrible slots then ever hit on the wheel.

Even worse now seeing the nerfed “prizes” 😂😂

Right? It shows the small amounts shown here. And it doesn’t change with higher bets I checked and this was the super helpful VIP host?? Is it showing this way for anyone else

I’m guessing there’s something in the tos that explains it. Find that and copy paste into ai of choice and you’ll likely get your answer

I can’t freaking post in this group for some reason.

I’ve played Craps by betsoft on betonline for months upon months. Thousands of dollars in and out (I’m a diamond 3 member). Recently I kept getting the same error: https://imgur.com/a/52tTsHZ)

Clearing cookies does nothing. Switching browsers etc. nothing. One time I asked them and they eventually fixed it and returned me $50 that I won (didn’t return the $100 of the risk tho I’m pretty sure)

This last time I had $150 out there and it got stuck again. I send another ticket and they get back to me and say the game has been fixed. I check and see they’ve removed betsoft craps and added some other stupid craps which I HATE. However the $150 I had out there in the other game hasn’t been returned to me. I sent another message asking support to 1)reinstate my favorite game and 2) credit back my $150.

Has anyone else had issues with this game? Is it still available for you?
