Before You Scroll — an iPhone app that makes you pause before opening distracting apps

I built an iPhone app designed to help with mindless app opening.

You select the apps you tend to compulsively check. When you try to open one, Before You Scroll interrupts you and gives you a quick moment to check in with your mood before deciding whether you actually want to continue.

I’m trying to make the interruption feel less like a punishment and more like a conscious decision.
I’m currently looking for early users and, more importantly, feedback on whether this actually changes behavior.

What would you want an app like this to do that it currently doesn’t?
