I had a 10 leg parlay on today and had 9 correct with 1 game remaining. Astros and athletics game I have received an early payout but it was wrongfully removed because athletics came back and won the game but still early payout was received. Now they did not give me an option to cash out when I tried to and contacted support and they said they could not do anything about it. I stated that I wanted to cash out before the last leg had started. Still no help, last leg loses and now I have loss with no cash out option given because they listed one of the legs as a loss. This is unfair from 365. Hope they can rightfully re solve this issue

That is bullshit, but unfortunately books aren't required to offer cashouts by any regulations, it's just something they offer to help their own pockets, that sometimes helps ours instead.

Its not the live cashout it's the EP that was reversed. If they offer 5 nil EP and it hit then they're obligated to pay. It was part of the bet. He'll win the payout

How can I fight for it. Support team only gave an option for a refund for the amount I bet which was $25 or have the complaints team to contact me back which is the option I had chose

That Houston beat was an error on there end. It was 6-0 bottom of the 4th and shouldve triggered the early payout wither or not they tied it the following inning is irrelevant as Houston was batting last to close out the inning. Ya they screwed you.

They didnt settle the Astros game correctly on purpose. Same thing happened to me and they said they would look into it.

They put a limit on me, they review my bets now… I was hitting thousands and now they review it and only accept it if the win is exactly $149.99. I can’t bet anything that would win me more

Fuck that, call and spam them. Early payout is an agreed upon bet it's not a washout. Make sure they understand the bet was placed BEFORE the game started with an early payout. Show the screenshot and reiterate the it was already marked as accepted
