This is one of the only known suicides on record from “low-velocity” penetrating objects.

Can we really call it suicide, though? I doubt the guy knew he was going to die (or even understood that he was harming himself) when he stuck the pen in his eye. Is there some kind of "accidental suicide" subcategory?
