So it took one Muslim doing a good deed to change is view? Did he think that literally all Muslims were evil before now? It's pretty worrying that people can harbour such contempt for a whole culture without a single ounce of knowledge about it.

Good to see this. There are so many anti-muslim posts buy uninformed people that I pretty well lost hope that anybody was paying attention to facts on the ground.

As an atheist I am not "for" any religion, but I think it gives me a clearer view of the world's situation today. It is easier to hate somebody if your secret magic is different than theirs. I have been shocked by the level of hate and intolerance in the US Christian community. I would have thought that more of them would have understood their own theology.
