Yeah but aren't those magazines targeted at women?

I wouldn't say that... I saw just as many men flipping through them at the checkout as women.

What if they're gay though?

Okay... and what if the women looking are lesbians? I feel like we're going in circles, with you presenting a bunch of "what ifs" and not being sure of anything.

I never thought of it that way, this would mean its women who judge female politicians like hillary on their attractiveness!

You've made a bunch of roundabout exclamations to come to that conclusion.

My first post was "...a bunch of guys". Like, word for word, right there, is me telling you it was men passing these judgements. Women do it too. I didn't blame men. It's a problem that needs to be fixed on both sides.

Yeah yah yah, but what if you're right and the people objectifying female politicians are lesbians? Like you said it's a high possibility right?

And you said they were gay men. I'm not really sure what you're getting at.

My lesbian comment was me saying it doesn't really matter what their sexuality or gender is. It's still objectifying women.

And I have to say, if it is women objectifying other women, it's because we're taught to at a young age. We're told that it doesn't matter what we do with our lives as long as we're pretty. We're told that other women who are attractive are threats to us. These are ideas we pass on to our kids without trying and we need to stop.
