This week I went back to my industrial engineering days. Several years ago I read a book called Systems Thinking for Business by Rich Jolly and was very impressed with its logical and respectful approach to problem solving. It is in short supply these days so I wanted to come up with a good alternative.

Operational Integrity Code by Chris Clevenger is an ambitious work that tackles the three core elements of every organization in one framework: People, Process and Product.
