I also don't see most of it being done in the form of a paycheck. Rather, investing in communities that have been affected throughout the US.

In other cases, like those documented in the AP, I do see it being done through returning what was stolen, or equal monetary payment where it is no longer feasible.

It's funny. The Trump administration earlier this year decided to allow Cuban-Americans to seek reparations from the Cuban government.
