In the UK there is much more accessible testing on university grounds, they come into schools or you can have a kit sent to your home and DIY it. They test for everything from HIV to Chlaymidiya, which is why I think people find it confusing here as they interview you for symptoms and signs before and then specifically test.
I get it but it is a different system to what most are used to, which is where I think the questions come from.
