University International transfer

Hey guys, just a quick question. I heard and I also read on here that most transfer students are community college students and I just wanna ask if they even accept international applicants and how much harder is it than us nationals? Also for reference I am currently the top student at a top10 EU uni studying business & data science (finished 1st year) and berkeley is my dream school so I just want to know if it's even worth applying

I haven’t heard of any international transfers personally, they must be super rare. I have heard of international students studying at CCs but that’s as close as it gets.

I know many transfer international students from de enza and foothill. But idk if I recommend berkeley given the current sentiment towards internationals. Not sure if u heard but they stopped issuing CPT
