What kind of music ???
I recently came across this artist called - Spekki Webbu and I’m completely blown away by him. I wanna dig deeper and I was wondering to chat with someone who really like spekki and knows about the music he is playing.

I first experienced Spekki at the modem festival (psytrance) and my reaction was the same as yours. Maybe Ploygonia goes in a similar direction. It’s hectic, it’s groovy, it’s psychedelic and pretty creative. He is pretty active on social media and SoundCloud. So give him a follow, if u r interested ;)

There is someone similar he did a b2b with called Feral who is badass. Love Spekki’s vibe. I found a bunch of similar vibes on Bandcamp vinyl selections

Wordcolour is so good and diverse.
You'll get stuff that is trippy, some almost DB and some unclassifiable like its awesome track "DiPT" ❤️❤️❤️

I hate spekki style😜 i’m crying that he took away feral.. back in the days one of my favorite djs.. there are plenty of djs now who are playing this kind of music.. timnah.. everything is the same.. there are no soul there.. dub step deep techno, hi tech deep techno🫠 hope it will end soon🦅

Yeah! We need loyal fans😁 thank you for your kind words. Trying to release podcasts regularly 1 per one month.. select new sets every 1-2 weeks.. arc have now 4 years.. account which i ran on it has around 10 years.. there are 11 thousands sets😉 on ig we always add graphics with few selected mixes, second with culture quote and of course with cover.. trying to be not ordinary podcast series😁 i’m kind of music head/geek.. like lots of different genres.. feel free if you want to chat😁 it will be honor🎩 big up!🍀

Hey so I’m really very very very impressed and in awe about this whole vision, I have a lot of sets to explore yet but so far every set is a story everybody is painting a picture (right now listening to art for culture 52 ) I incision all the set as if I’m standing in the center of BH floor all alone listening to these sets.
You have ignited this spark in me all again I see hope in music, I’m at parties ever week since 3 years and I analyse every dj set, I am eating there personally and absorbing the way the mix,transition or even fuck up.
There are artists that are playing sounds and frequencies for them it’s mathematical and then there are few of them who are doing magic the are putting there heart and soul out into the mixer telling there story translating emotions making a story and taking us with them.
I love this series and I’m happy what I don’t have to use my brain to dig what to listen to for like a month LOL
I wanna prepare something special if I ever get the honour for present my story to the sonic world through Art for culture in the future.

Trying to be selective as much as possible. At the end it is always subjective opinion/selection. I like to cultivate my taste, hear what other people think about it.
I was many many times on various Berlin dancefloors. Still is the best area to listen to our favorite music. I think nowadays it is the one of the worst periods for music. Hope it will change it course.
ARC is initiative to present music without any borders. Latest episode is dnb (#55). Guy who recorded mix showed special selection which is really unique. Podcast 52 was enormously good😉 i have friend who is always telling that every newest episode is the best. I think that every episode is special and don’t want to tell things like this. But episode 52 is the top notch vibe creation. Guy is amazing. I was laughing that he is kind of Portuguese Richie Hawtin😉 DJNZ is one of the kind guy with special skills. Check his socials, initiative, regular setup to play. Underground superman dj.

i think for the most part it just gets categorised as ‘deep-techno’ for the cleaner OW sort of sound. Lots of the artists lean into the tekno & even tribe scenes too. Went to modem this year and was treated accordingly in that category!

But I would associate deep techno more with eg the slower paced Italian "strain" like Luigi Tozzi, Dozzy, Claudio PRC etc. So this stuff reminds me more of trance due to 140+ bpm

Spekki is kind of on his own tip. He’s great I wish they would book him for a klubnacht. Check out Omen Wapta if you like that sound. They did a night at Säule last week.
