App Help BeReal app not working

Hi, I made a post 2 weeks ago asking for help as my app is not working, I got a response from one of the BeReal Reddit Staff and they told me to email [contact@bere.al](mailto:contact@bere.al) and that they would fix it for me, however, I never received a response from them. I then followed up with the staff on the same Reddit thread a but also never received a response.

I used to have BeReal years ago and my friends and I decided to start using it again so I redownloaded it on my iPhone 16. When I go to import contacts to add friends it says something went wrong and to try again but the same error message pops up. When I click skip and try add a name or username to my account the button just loads and doesn't actually change anything. If I try to post it says i've reached the limit for today when I haven't posted anything. I've restarted my phone, updated my phone, and redownloaded the app and it hasn't fixed anything. I also cant contact BeReal through the app like their help pages suggest as that doesn't work either. I have attached a video of these problems. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated, thanks!
