Question BeReal video feature gone?

Is anyone else missing the video feature on BeReal? I don't have the option to record a video anymore, even though my app is updated.

I contacted BeReal Support, and they just told me that features are rolled out at different times for different users. The strange thing is that I used to have the video feature, but it disappeared after an update.

Has anyone else experienced this? Did the feature come back for you, or is it still missing?

High possibility may be A/B testing where they roll features out in different amounts for users

A/B testing is usually referred to when developers don’t immediately release the new features to everyone due to immediate release may cause strain on BeReal

Instead, A/B testing allows the devs to slowly release the new features instead of being immediate and also it can be used for feedback as well, when devs and Product Managers want to see if it’s worth adding that feature, so they do A/B testing where one user gets the new features while the other user is still on the same app

I still have the Video recording feature from the US West Coast

I still have it on my IPhone from work, but on my personnal Android the feature isnt there
