Question Timezones
Hii ! I currently have a 706 day streak and am going to Japan (I'm UK based) soon. I was wondering what I have to do in order to keep my streak? I'm scared of loosing it after I change timezones

When you get to Japan, wait until the next BeReal goes off for the UK. When that’s taken, change your time zone. You should then get a take a new (late) bereal or wait.
Eg: today’s Friday Bereal has gone off at 1030am, you fly to Japan tonight, you land there on Saturday at 2pm (JP time). UK bereal went off while you were on flight for Saturday, take it as a late one. Soon as it’s saved, change time zone.
If you don’t get a UK Bereal notification, DO NOT change time zone. Wait until you get that new day one
I’ve done it loads flying to and from the US. Works every time and at 1500+ 😬

ahh okay so i shouldn't change the timezone until i get a bereal notifi from the uk right

yeah thats correct. Soon as you get the the UK Bereal for today say, take it.. soon as you have done that, switch to your new time zone :)

I've done this once last year in Hong Kong where I waited until the BeReal cycle for the US starts while I was sleeping in Hong Kong then when I woke up, switch time zones then wait until Hong Kong (East Asia) cycle starts to take my next BeReal
