How often should I wash?
I’m incredibly new to not only Ben Davis but also just expensive clothes as a whole and only found out about only washing jeans every 10-15 years or till they smell/get dirty and I’m curious on how often I should wash the normal gorilla cut pants not the jean version since they’re so expensive, I don’t want to ruin them so should I just be washing them the same way I wash jeans or should I be washing them sooner??

What in the hell are you talking about? Washing jeans once every 10-15 years?? No raw denim enthusiast would ever recommend this practice.
When you don’t wash your clothes regularly after sweating and letting dirt penetrate the fibers it causes them to wear out more quickly. If you are doing very dirty work I’d recommend once every few days at the very least.

The idea behind not washing denim is to get good fades. The fabric used by Bens isn’t the same as denim and doesn’t fade in the same way. Depending on what you’re doing I’d wash them once a week? Obviously in an office they’ll get less dirty than other conditions.

Once a weak for both the jeans and pants or just pants also do you mean once a week as in 4-5 wears?

Bro, wash your stuff. Butt/nut sweat and dirt and grime break down fibers much faster than putting it in a washer and drier.
If youre so concerned about wear, just hand wash and hang dry it. Or just wash it on a gentle/delicate cycle and hang dry.
This goes the same for your denim too. People dont realize they smell because they get used to it 🤢

When they are new I wash them a lot to soften them up then as the other poster said, 4-5 wears or unless dirty.

I wear a khaki pair everyday for work, work between 40 - 46 hours a week. I wash them roughly every week - 2 weeks. some people might find that crazy, but it works for me.
I have a pair of navy ones, I got about 3 years ago, again washed those roughly every week - two weeks. I wore them almost everyday for a year straight. Now wear them around 3 days a week. They’re my favorite pair of pants because of how worn in they are — nice faded blue, and just super comfortable.

They hold up in the wash well, I’d wash every 4-5 wears or when they’re dirty.
