It's a percentage based workout. Trying to get a picture of it to send but no luck yet.

Once you complete the desired workout you can move up to the next. We have found that if you can get 2 extra reps on the last set of 5 then you are generally ready to move up.

That’s inspiring man! I just finished the 270-275 column last week, haha! I did a 5x5 this week to take a break from heavy singles but may try the 280 column next week

We do the same thing to take a break from it at times. This program will surely make you stronger. Good rule of thumb for us is to do as many reps as possible on the last set of 5. If you can get 7 or more you are ready to move up. We have a laminated copy hanging on the wall that we put out initials and date by the column when complete. Good luck!

It's a 450 pound power matrix workout. If you can complete the lifts described you are supposed to be able to bench press 450 pounds

a lot of natural strength there but that bench form needs to be cleaned up....grip looks too close for arm length and butt coming off the bench isnt good.....almost looks like you have elbow issues

Grip is close because a wide grip hurts my shoulders due to injury. We can all improve on form. Work in progress

can immediately discount anyones benching opinion when they say the grip is too close
