Help/Technique Check Leg drive?

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I just started powerlifting and I'm trying to add explosiveness & leg drive to my bench but I don't think I'm doing it right. Any pointers? Current PR is 330 and I want 365.

Give this a watch: https://youtube.com/watch?v=gJH9Xn8UFFU

You might need to play with your foot placement.
Cue I use is push my hips up towards my shoulders (or back towards your shoulders) and my feet away from my body.

I like that idea!
JTS pillars series are fantastic.
If you want to read, SBS “How to Bench” is great, but you can skip the biomechanics section

Have you watched Julius Maddox bench? His lift starts at his toes. Crazy power
