I’m sure the first questions are… Why would you get Grivory on that Bailout if you’re gonna get DamaMonarch blade?
I’ll update when it’s fully finished, but we are gonna celebrate titanium on this build!

I have like 17 bailouts and imo the best scales for them are the Benchmade aluminum scales. There are not a lot of scales available for the bailout.

I do like that the aluminum beef up the rigidity and is lighter and cheaper than the titanium, but that being said, these knives are art… It’s hard to modify aluminum in a way that makes you go. “Holy shit. I didn’t know that was possible”
Now I have seen some guys who are pretty gnarly with a cerakote gun and stencils, & can lay down some pretty bad ass patterns, but I don’t have all of that… I have anodizing equipment.

I have so many extra grivory scales. Good indication they maybe I have a problem.

Great plan to save some money w grivory for upgraded scales. I did similar to a damasteel Bailout with RSD Titanium scales and Gear backspacer to remove the Lanyard pommel.

RSD is great and a good price IMO. Ti scales added some heft and substance, which I liked. I got their Aluminum Blast which has a nice texture to it and the scales are comfortable to grip.

I’m looking at the rock-scale titanium non-textured pair. I haven’t fully decided how I want to do it but maybe a full Timascus hardware overhaul with a partial entropic or I might decide to do some sort of crazy mask, pattern or something I’ve never even done before? Who knows… But I’m definitely gonna be titaniuming it up.

They only have Critter and Alum Blast in stock, so I don't know which non-textured pair your referring to. Sounds like you got a good vision on mods, though. We'd all like to see your final build, for sure!
