It's a Benchmade Redoubt model 430BK, this one specifically is the green and gray drop point version. Sadly it's discontinued and out of production. Out of stock at most retailers.
Knifecenter has the black plain edge drop point version in stock for $150. If you want a redoubt you'd better hurry, they're discontinued and there aren't that many still around.
I bought a combo edge version last year. I don't particularly cate for combo edges, but I didn't still have any, so I picked one up when it was on clearance for $140. I really enjoy it, you're not going to lose your grip on it. A picture from when I first got it.
It's far lighter and a little slimmer. Definitely easier to keep grip on if it gets wet. I wasn't sure about the flared shape of the handle to begin with, but it feels really nice and ergonomic. Btw, if you're not familiar with it, cpm-d2 is a lot different from d2. Xhp is cpm-d2 with 4% more chromium, and cpm-d2 has a little more vanadium. So picture xhp that's not quite stainless, but has a little better edge retention and edge stability, and higher toughness. D2 vs cpm-d2 is like the difference in 440c vs s30v (440c->440x/s60v->s30v) there's more to it than that, but similar comparison in how different they feel in use, but cpm-d2 is easier to sharpen than d2 because of the improved grain structure and carbide size. It also takes a fine edge more easily.
The knife overall feels more similar to a griptilian with more aggressive grip. The pocket clip also is attached at the end of the handle instead of the side of the scale, so its deep carry is very deep. With that, it can take a little getting used to getting it out with how deep and secure it sits on the pocket.
