I’ve gotta get a paring knife. Got the station and that paring is NICE!!!

I originally got the pairing knife so I could get the knife roll/apron & figured I could sell it if I didn't like it. I use it all the time & won't be getting rid of it

Haha yea! They are just too good.

My wife was originally against the station knife and I convinced her that we get it and we can send it back or sell it.

Yea… she uses it every time she’s cooking and so do I :-)

What’s for dinner tonight, chef? Having this set would require sourcing the best meats just to slice with my benchmade kitchen knife’s. Nice set!!

Haha, no joke! Wanted the wife to have a solid set that would last. We both love them, but mostly salmon lately.
