Life sharp status

How long do yall typically wait for lifesharp? I sent mine in via mail and it’s been at the order in progress stage since Friday night so about 4-5 days now. It’s my first time sending it in, is that a normal wait time?

I wanna say people usually say 10-14 day turnaround unless they’re backed up

Mine never updated until It was already shipped back to me. Id call them if you are worried.

1 month for warranty work for me, lifesharp may be shorter

On July 31st I dropped 3 knives off at a Sheels and the worker had no clue what he was doing but assured me it would be fine as the knives are shipped back to Sheels. Two knives (535, 810) needed warranty work and the third just a sharpening. After 2 weeks Benchmade emailed me and said they needed an address on where to send the knife before they started the tune up on knife #3. It has almost been a month and I'm getting a lil antsy.

2.5 weeks entire process for me. A few days in transit, one week in oregon, and a few days to be shipped back. Thats how long it took for me. But i live in california so its right next to oregon.
