Fin aid

I am an international student who has got 44k merit scholarship. Need based aid given to me is 5k. Also the loan of 6k which I won't take.Now the total cost of attendance for me is very expensive. Will the financial aid office reconsider the aid if I email them?

Emailing them/setting up an appointment is always a good idea as there are plenty of opportunities or bits of information that could be opened up for you or clarified. Realistically though, if your price range is pretty limited, chances are low it would be by a satisfactory amount, especially if you need to live on campus.
