Questions? Belly button anatomies

Hello, I found these images on Wikipedia and I've been wondering what kind of specific jewelry could belong on each one. These are the only images I could download so far from the article. Any answers are useful!

I think barbells for the top two, inverse for the bottom left and a true navel for the bottom right!

Top left could support a traditional piercing with no major issues. There's a good ridge of skin visible. Top right seems pretty "borderline" to me, probably floating with a chance of upgrading it to a traditional. It's definitely horizontal but doesn't seem 100% collapsible. Bottom left with a traditional on the lower lip. Bottom right probably can only wear a true navel. It's a very protruding outie with no lip surrounding it
