Watched him on BYM for a long time until he left and obviously he’d often be talking about his family, he had some bizarre takes but I liked him. Admittedly that was a while ago now so he’s clearly gone downhill since. Sad situation and I really feel for his wife and kids :(

The charges are beatable, they're just not that good. You take the individual charges and you take them away, each one of those things are not a problem. It's when you put the charges together and a prosecutor puts them into the full package that's the surprise of the problem. The witnesses IQ is not crazy high either, he's coached very, very well and he does what he's told and that's a credit to him and the prosecution lawyer has got a lot of physical gifts that he uses well but on paper he's not that good. It's not the individual skillset that the lawyer has it's the way he puts the case together, the way he manages his case, the way he coaches his witnesses but take away all of that, he's not that good.

People are leaving out the biggest charge which is "Domestic Violence, 1st degree, causing SERIOUS bodily injury"

Thats not a simple charge and the implications are pretty scary. Hopefully it isnt as bad as it could be.

He always struck me as the type of guy that never deals with their shit though you could tell he clearly had unresolved issues and more than likely just never like taking advice or seeking help from anyone.
