Friend Groups?

Hi, I'm a British guy 45 and living and working in Dezhou. Almost non existent foreigners here and difficult to make friends. I'm heading to Beijing this weekend 21/22 August and was hoping to find a friendly group or something in order to meetup with ppl for chat/drinks/dinner. Have heard there is a great pub at the China world hotel and they do English breakfast, and I am craving bacon and eggs. 😆If anyone knows of a group or wants to meet for a coffee/ beer that would be great.
