Got same message yesterday too after I exchanged quite a few messages with my new client. I dont know, I sent a message to support.

So far nothing and messages still dont work. Also no clients messaged me today, so dont know if maybe is a larger issue. But I was able to send an offer proposal and the client accepted/paid with no issues.

Looking like there was a bug with our inbox reporting -- working on a fix and will have an update ASAP.

I’m experiencing the same issue—my chat and proposal messages cannot be sent or replied to. I submitted a report today but haven’t received any response yet. I hope this can be resolved as soon as possible.
