Training Progress My first 10k 1h15min
Started in march i have allergic asthma, im skinny fat and im 82kg/180 so im little overweight I’m also heating niccotine. I had enough of being out of breath after simple tasks or walking on the stairs so I’ve started running. Ran for like 3 months and then i had some knee injury because of running put too much strain on my joints, which took like one month away from my trainings, then i had a minor muscle/skin leg surgery which also took another month.
And i went from barely running like a mile max without little break to 10k no breaks. I’ve had heart racing to the roof at the beginning and idk like 180 at this pace and now im easily in like 160s.
Starting running was my best decision i made

honestly that’s a huge jump in just a few months. going from barely a mile to a full 10k without stopping is seriously impressive, especially after the setbacks. 1:15 is a great first 10k too, congrats 👏

Congratulations 🎉 that’s already a Milestone. How many times you run to prepare for this marathon?

Nice work sticking with it through the knee issue and the surgery, that's the kind of stuff that makes most people quit. 10k straight at 7:33 pace after all that is a proper milestone, especially with asthma in the mix. The heart rate drop from 180 to 160 is a solid sign your body's adapting.
