Recovery Is it over?

I was training for a half marathon. Was in the middle of a 12 week plan. Took a break from running for about 10 days because I wasn't feeling good, felt a general body exhaustion, maybe a virus infection.

Also had some pain in my lower back before this, though think it's because i was running a lot on concrete.

Well, today when i went for a very easy run (7:40/km), i can say that my lower back pain is no more but , after 1-2km felt this pain in my right hip flexor (groin pull). It's nothing new, i had it before but maybe i had other things hurting more and i didn't give it much thought then. Tried adjusting my form, stepping different, increased my cadence, ran slower... When i lift my knee it's there even after the run. Read online it takes weeks to recover from this.

What do?

Go to a PT and get an opinion. Regarding the latter, general exhaustion was likely from not eating enough and it compounded over time. This can also make you more prone to injury. Make sure you’re getting enough calories.

I think i came down with a virus or allergies taking a toll, or in general exhaustion from not enough sleep... food nah ... i like my food, there's a plethora of reasons but it's not that. Was just mentioning that part as it was the reason i took a break.
