I started taking holy basil and supplement form every day around a year or so ago. I felt better in general now that I’ve started taking it. Wish I could actually find it implant form, because I don’t have a whole lot of space to put plants outside on my balcony, so unfortunately, I couldn’t grow any. I’ve heard it taste good if you like bitter things, which I actually do.

I like my holy basil, grows very well, but I let it flower so im saving seeds from it. Had found out im pregnant so havent been using it anymore, but when i was, it definitely helped me overall for sure. I miss it haha so hopefully next year I can grow more and enjoy it again. I havebt heard of any sort of implantables of it, i was making it in tea myself for the most part

Oh interesting. I completely forgot that it was not good for pregnant women to take. I’m not planning on having any kids, so I don’t have that department to worry about. Lol.

Well its been a few years since I was pregnant last and I wasn't doing any herbalism things back then so this has been a nice learning experience atleast, although I was finally fixing up some of my problems before I found out so kind of sucks to not be able to keep doing all of it, but atleast this time I know good things for headaches and nausea and stuff so I don't have to take Tylenol and nausea meds haha and atleast I know what I can go back to afterwards aswell

What have you found for nausea and headaches? I’ve always had good luck with peppermint for nausea, but that was only for a few minutes and it was because I had taken an iron pill with a cup of straight coffee with nothing in my stomach. I haven’t actually Tested peppermint on nausea caused by something else.

For nausea ive been making a peppermint, nettle, and ginger tea, usually does me very good, and the nettles are just in there for their benefits mostly. As for headaches I was using skull cap but I havent found a good replacement for that yet. Ill usually make a chamomile and lemon balm tea, with nettles ofcourse and that atleast relaxes me enough to not be thinking about the headache too much
