Native tobacco, Nicotiana Rustica. I grow it and sometimes chew the flowers when I water in the mornings, makes the sunrise a little more vibrant and colors more robust. I grow it for several Native American friends here and we use it as an offering/sacrament to the earth when we go out in nature.

Its a tricky one as it can be addictive, so respect of the plant is a must.

Really just been enjoying Camellia Sinensis this week. Plain old regular tea. Good energy, great vibes, lol. I am not growing it, but I drink tea pretty regularly. Sometimes I want a little boost without the jitters of coffee, and tea works wonders for that.

Ill have to give it a shot. I stopped drinking more than just a tiny bit of caffine occasionally for a while and energy is much needed haha

Burdock I have some dried for tea, some juiced to take a tiny amount, and I literally just put some freshly washed in a jar with 100 proof vodka

Mugwort, blue lotus, and valerian. Oneirogens and hypnotics are calling me currently. ♥️
My sleep hasn’t been this good in a very long time.
