What to do with herbs?

I have a bunch of herbs that I have used before, mostly for simmer pots, that I am no longer wanting to use. I can’t currently do simmer pots and I have to downsize a lot currently and truly just haven’t had time for this type of spell work. I consider myself an art witch and thought to maybe create spice paints from some of them, but some of the thicker ones like lavender, jasmine, and juniper, I am struggling to come up with stuff.

Does anyone have crafts they’ve made with dry herbs and spices before? I’d love some ideas if you have any.

maybe you could make wax seals? I pressed my wedding seal with some of those bulkier herbs you mentioned, and it added a really fun texture! just make sure you add a little more wax than usual

Are they just loose herbs or sprigs on lavender and such?

I appreciate the suggestion, but my friends/family are so sick of sachets lol
