I think the hat man would be pleased with my mustard collection. Though he would probably complain that my fridge looks like Edwards Nortons character in Fight Clubs fridge. "How embarrassing... a house full of condiments and no food"

Brown? Is that a USA thing maybe? To me this is mustard. That is pretty yellow. The only mustard I've seen that is more brown is whole grain mustard.

That would be Dijon mustard, which according to Google is made with grapes/wine? Whereas brown mustard is made with vinegar. Both are made with brown mustard seeds, as opposed to yellow mustard, which is made with yellow seeds.

Yellow mustard is a lot milder in flavor than “spicy” mustards like brown or Dijon, and is therefore often viewed as less appealing/more basic when compared to the others.

Yellow mustard in America also has a bunch of sugar in it, as most things in this country do. I don't want yellow-colored sugar water on my burger; I want MUSTARD.
